Universal Thread for Target
Another great spring find from Universal Thread. I love this sweater type tee. It's somewhat 70s but not, right?! This embroidered front tie shirt is great as a transitional piece. It's got a sweater-like material but it's not overly thick and of course the short sleeves make it spring friendly. I just love embroidery. And this season I really feel like the style is super down-to-earth and girl-next-door.
My jeans are one of my favorite brands, Flying Monkey. They are of course long on me so I cuff them. You can cuff them under too. My booties are so adorbs and so comfy. I have them in black too.
And let's stop to appreciate my J necklace from Harper & Jewels. They have the cutest personalized jewelry for very reasonably priced and you can use STYLEMYMIND to save 15% off!
This look is just welcoming spring with open arms. If you haven't checked out Target lately, you definitely need to. Their style game is on point these days!
It's been spring for a few weeks in Florida now, but we're praying for ya notherners :)
Shop Looks Here!
The last year I have taken a whole new approach in my shopping skill. I used to be one that needed many things (my mom was always this way) but this year when I moved I got rid of 6 trash bags worth of clothes. Yes S I X and then I have a whole rack of clothes I am selling on Poshmark and I am still overwhelmed with the amount I have.
Someone once told me my style is "country chic". Initially, I was super irritated by this comment. But the more I get comfortable with myself and my style I realize that sometimes I am a little bit country!
I love, love tee shirts, who doesn't? But it's important to find a good one that really fits your body type. I got the one above at the Nordstrom sale and I bought 3; black and white stripes, mustard and white. I got a small but probably could have gone with an XS, so I shrunk it up a bit in the dryer. Today I want to give you a few different ways to wear/dress up a tee shirt.
