Summer Smoothies: What I’m Drinkin’

Good morning dolls ♥

When summer hits I always get on a smoothie kick. Summer seems to make me want fruit, am I right?! I become a champion mixologist in the field of blending & lucky for you I am sharing my secrets!

♦Putting everything in your blender or bullet the night before makes blending in the morning much easier!
♦I always put 1/2 cup of oats in my morning smoothies for extra protein
»Note« do not put your liquid in the night before!

⇒Chocolate Covered Cherry
2 scoops vanilla Protein
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
2 cups of cherries or teaspoon of cherry extract
1 cup of spinach
1 tablespoon walnuts or teaspoon of almond extract
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 table spoon of hemp or flax seeds
1 cup light Silk Almond Milk
Ice & Blend!

⇒Cinnamon Butter
2 scoops vanilla protein
1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon of almond butter or butter extract
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 table spoon of hemp or flax seeds
1 cup light Silk Almond Milk
Ice & Blend!

⇒Strawberry Cheesecake
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 cup of strawberries
1/4 vanilla extract
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 table spoon of hemp or flax seeds
1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
1 cup light Silk Almond Milk
Ice & Blend!
